Josh is the President and one of the owners of Hose Clamps Customs, which he kicked off in 2023. He’s been dreaming big about opening a custom motorcycle shop right in his hometown, and he’s really making it happen! His big goal? To provide top-notch service and become the go-to spot for all things custom motorcycle related. His motto? “It’s what we do!”
Josh’s journey began back in Missouri in early 2022 when he opened Lost in the Woods Cycle and Supply. That place really took off, drawing motorcycle enthusiasts from all around the South because of his passion and commitment. After serving over 26 years in the U.S. Army as an EOD technician, he decided it was time for a new adventure. So, he retired and headed back home to South Dakota to be close to his family—all while starting Hose Clamps Customs! Even though it’s still new, it’s already creating a buzz in the local motorcycle scene—more clients show up every week, and it’s quickly becoming everyone’s favorite spot for repairs and custom work.
What makes Josh so inspiring? His genuine love for motorcycles is combined with his entrepreneurial drive. He’s super enthusiastic, dedicated, and excited to keep growing in an industry he loves so much!

Now, meet Scott Flockhart—our Vice President and second owner of Hose Clamps Customs. Scott has been obsessed with hot rods and motorcycles for as long as he can remember—it’s in his blood! Over the years, he’s restored countless cars and raced even more bikes. For him, it’s more than a hobby; it’s a way of life. Even when working in the corporate world, his dream was always to be part of a hot rod or motorcycle shop.
After retiring in 2021, a chance meeting with Josh—actually, two unexpected meetings—brought them together. That connection turned into an unbreakable bond and is helping push Hose Clamps Customs to new heights! Scott brings over 20 years of leadership experience in executive roles, helping businesses grow and succeed. He’s worked with big names like Harley Davidson, Microsoft, MERCK, COSTCO, and Compass Consulting Group—just to name a few! With his background in business from Arizona State University, Scott keeps everything running smoothly. Plus, he’s got years of experience working in EMS for services like Keystone Ambulance, Hill City Ambulance, Sturgis Ambulance, and Medical Air Rescue.
